Nevada Month-to-Month Rental Agreement

A Nevada month-to-month rental agreement , or a tenancy-at-will, is a short-term but legally binding rental agreement between a landlord and a tenant. The “at-will” nature of the agreement means that each party is only obligated to the other for thirty (30) days at a time. If either party wants to change or end the agreement they have to give the other party a minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice. Terminations also have to follow the minimum legal termination requirements established by the state of Nevada. Rental applications can help landlords verify the backgrounds and incomes of tenant applicants.

Minimum Termination

All periodic tenancies in Nevada require a thirty (30) days’ notice period for terminations.
